Our firm is a Registered Professional Accounting (RPA) practice operating as Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP) granted by the Society of Professional Accountants of Canada.
With deep roots in Cambridge, we were founded in 1983 as JC Bookkeeping and later acquired by Terry Green, CA, CPA, in 1992. Since then, we have provided bookkeeping, tax, and corporate year-end services to our clients.
In 2009, Terry’s son, James (Jim) Green, joined Green & Company as an accountant and tax specialist. In 2022, James took over as owner and general manager of Green & Company, which today holds a Professional Practice Certification (PPC) as a Registered Professional Accountant (RPA). We specialize in performing tax services, bookkeeping, and issuing CSRS 4200 Compilation Year-End Financial Statements as an RPA for small to medium-sized businesses.

Our Expert Team of Accountants in Cambridge, Ontario
James D. Green, RPA, CAP
James holds a designation as a Registered Professional Accountant (RPA) through the Society of Professional Accountants of Canada (SPAC), an Accounting Certificate through Athabasca University, and a Bachelors Degree through Wilfrid Laurier. In addition, James holds an active Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP) certification through the SPAC. He began his career in 1999 working in the technology sector for IBM, IKON, and OpenText, before joining Green & Company in 2009.
Beyond his role as owner and general manager of Green & Company, James is a member of the ethics committee of the Society of Professional Accountants of Canada (SPAC), a working group responsible for establishing, maintaining, and updating the RPA Professional Code of Accounting Ethics, a publication which governs the conduct of members of the SPAC.
Ayman Abouskhroun, Bcom
Ayman is a senior accountant with Green & Company. He has a Bachelor of Commerce University Degree in Accounting and was a member of the Certified Internal Auditors with the CIA accreditation. Before coming to Green & Company, Ayman began his career at Ezz Steel, a large international steel manufacturing company, where he worked as an accountant for 17 years. During this time, Ayman took his career to the senior accountant level within the company. In addition, Ayman has income tax experience with RLB Chartered Accountants, and Accounting and Tax Advisory experience with the Tax Center. Since coming to Green & Company, Ayman has proven himself to be an exceptional accountant and a valued team member.
Stefan Du Chaussee, PCP
Stefan is a senior accountant with Green & Company. He has an Advanced Accounting Diploma from Sheridan College and is a designated Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP). Stefan spent the first 15 years of his life with LBS Accounting and Financial Services before coming to Green & Company. During his time at LBS, he gained extensive experience in personal income tax advisory and preparation, corporate year-end statement preparation (compilation engagements), corporate T2 income tax filing, bookkeeping, HST and payroll. Stefan has proven himself to be an outstanding accountant and valued team member.
